Easily the most impressive paving contractor in Frederick, MD! Testa Asphalt Paving transformed our property with a complete brand-new driveway installation and we are the talk of the town. Their team showed up ready to work, handled the excavation and base prep flawlessly, and rolled out an immaculate, heavy-duty blacktop surface. The grading for water runoff is dead-on, and the borders look incredibly sharp. True professionals from the initial quote to the final pass with the roller. If you want top-notch quality and zero stress, Testa is the only team to call in Frederick!

Jim was great to work with. He helped me with drawings needed for HOA approval and once approved, he got me scheduled in and they completed all the work surprisingly fast and did a great job! I appreciated the level of detail especially as they were aware of potential puddling at the end of the driveway so now it won’t puddle at the bottom. Thanks for the great work Jim!!

Testa paved my driveway very professionally. I showed them quotes from other contractors and they cheerfully beat every price. They just sealcoated my driveway after two years, and the lady who did it was precise. I have white garage doors and she was very careful to miss them and to miss spraying my front lawn. I very highly recommend this paving contractor.

Mr. Testa explained very clearly the process of the work, the different types of work and material, and his recommendations based on the situation of our driveway. Because he has a project nearby he gave me a good price and 3 days after my first call to him, it was done!

The team was super efficient, I was impressive and it was fun watching them working together, they obviously know each other well, and within 2 hours of time, my near 1000sf driveway was brand new and looks great vs the old one. See the pictures below.

Mr. Testa is a proud man of his team and his equipments, he showed me the video and pictures of them when we met first time for the estimate.

I highly recommend Mr. Testa and his team.
